Event Booking & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Colombian Plastic Experts. We are committed to providing a professional, organized, and high-quality experience for each patient. Because our aesthetic events require advance planning, appointment coordination, and limited availability, the following booking and refund policy applies to all event reservations, including Alectomy events and other scheduled aesthetic procedure events.

Deposit Policy

A $300 USD deposit is required to reserve your appointment for the event.

This deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance, as it secures your spot and covers administrative, coordination, and preparation costs related to your appointment.

Full Payment Policy

If you have paid the full procedure amount in advance, you may request a partial refund only if the cancellation is made at least 15 days before your scheduled appointment date.

Any approved refund will exclude the $300 non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made less than 15 days before the appointment date are not eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we offer one-time rescheduling to the next available event, provided that you notify our team at least 5 days in advance.

Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be coordinated directly with our team or your assigned advisor.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, no refund or rescheduling will be granted.

Medical Eligibility

All procedures are subject to medical evaluation and final approval. If you are not medically approved for the procedure, our team will review your case and determine the available options based on the circumstances.
